There simply is no valid justification for my lack of blogging. I chose to start a blog to share some of my fashion inspirations, thoughts, issues, ideas etc. I am guilty of making a million and one excuses for my absence. In actuality the procrastination is a result of my delayed un-packing skills. Not only is being half unpacked affecting my outfit posts but it is also affecting my daily creativity when getting ready every day (kind of like writers block). THAT ENDS TONIGHT. I have started the process of completely organizing my wardrobe. I have way too many brilliant vintage pieces to just let them sit packed and unused.
With that said, I will begin to get back on track by writing daily (via Fashion Mocha) of my progress. Once I am fully organized.....let the full blow style blogging begin. Until then, bear with me....if any of you are still out there.
Any organizing tips, feel free to share.

B.U.S.Y. B.E.E

Hi lovelies....As of late I have been totally M.I.A on my blog. Once again I swore to myself that I wouldn't let non-posting situation go this far. During and right before Fashion Week I usually score an amazing internship that completely steals all of my time and attention from my online fashion dairy ( aka Fashion Mocha), which eats away at me when I'm surfing the web and reading other blogs on a semi-reg basis.Luckily I have an excusable alibi, I have been interning with the most amazing designer to hit the scene, the great Rachel Antonoff. It has seriously been nothing but a pleasure to work with her and to get the opportunity to be apart of her very first fashion week presentation. Which btw is going to be absolutely AMAZING. Thanks to my latest and greatest internship yet, these are a few Snaps of a vintage inspired gift I recently received from Rachel. I promise to keep you posted and take tons of pictures, and not go more than a week with out posting : )

M.E.L.L.O.W. Y.E.L.L.O.W

I have a serious love/hate relationship with TJ Max. Sometimes I go browsing around and its a freaking gold mine. Then other times I'll go and its completely dry and has nothing. Luckily I stopped by a few weeks ago and found these with my uber stylish mom. We both scored these cute patent oxfords for only $25. At first I found a pair but they were her size only. Just as I was getting really annoyed and about to leave my mom thought we should just browse around one more time. We checked every isle just in case ( like scavengers ), and Lucky for me the desperate search ended in bliss!Monday, June 29, 2009
Balmain-ia
Lara Stone Rockin' The look on Th S09 Runway
Beyonce wore this amazing Balmain dress from the Spring 09' Collection. As soon as I saw her in this super mini frock I was drooling all over again. Everything about this dress is rubbing me the right way. She looked gorg in it .....and like everyone else I'm totally obsessed with Christophe Decarnin .

S.A.T.U.R.D.A.Y. N.I.G.H.T. F.E.V.E.R.
Just another one of those nights. You know the ones where, you kind of want to go out but you kind of don't. Somehow I find myself slowly getting ready and slowly changing my mind. I start with a pair of jeans then I play with the idea that maybe i can just throw on a T-shirt accessorize and call it a night. Searching for a clean T-shirt I found this disco looking mesh/ sequin/ OTT shirt my mom gave me a few years ago that I haven't had the chance to even try on due to lack of organization, theres things in my room that still have tags and have never been worn. Tragic... I know... but I'm sure all you fellow multi-tasking fashion lovers can sympathize with me!
Love at first try.

B.I.R.T.H.D.A.Y. F.U.N.
I just celebrated my birthday earlier this month and I thought what better time to start a new blogging venture then today. I am fresh out of excuses.
I got this dress at a vintage store about 4 years ago in Providence , RI.I love Peplum dresses thanks to my fav show I love Lucy which I watch religously. I have waited for the time that this style would make a mainstream comeback. I took my beloved dress to the tailor and had it altered so it was super mini and super Party-esque.
